Quartz crystals are a new crafting material introduced with the Bazaar of the Four Winds patch.

Mining: They can exist mined from Labyrinthine Cliffs and  your home instance exclusively (once yous have received Souvenir of Quartz from Bazaar Ambassador meta achievement).

• Each Quartz Crystal node tin can exist mined in one case per account per day. There are 4-6 nodes in Labyrinthine Cliffs (each node yield about 3 Quartz Crystals) and 1 node in your home instance.
• It is unknown if you can invitee to other servers to mine more or use overflows.
• Y'all can use any mining pick to mine these quartz crystals.

Sanctum Sprint: At end of every Sanctum Sprint is a chest y'all can loot for a number of Quartz crystals.

Kite Baskets: Kite baskets you find in various open up globe zones (except for Orr) yield a small number of Quartz crystals when looted. Each location can exist looted once per twenty-four hour period.

Charged Quartz Crystals are created from 25 Quartz Crystals at a Identify of Ability (skill points where you commune with an orb object).

Charged Quartz Crystal is required to craft the new stat philharmonic introduced with this patch: Angelic.

Recipes for Celestial insignias/inscriptions tin can be plant randomly in kite baskets (low drop charge per unit) or equally guaranteed drops from Zephyr Sanctum Supply Boxes (Since each Insignia/Inscription requires 5 Charged Quartz Crystal, you will need to look 5 days earlier y'all can make one).

Zephyr Sanctum Supply Boxes are boxes you lot can purchase from the merchants virtually the Bazaar Docks Waypoint in Labyrinthine Cliffs.
